Job Summary
Assist in overseeing and managing all areas of the restaurant to ensure excellent dining experience and operational success; lead and develop team members; ensure safety, compliance, and staffing; manage interview process, training, and performance reviews; monitor financials and help meet store goals; support in timekeeping, scheduling, HRIS/LMS usage, and adherence to company policies; role emphasizes leadership, people-first culture, and continuous improvement within a high-volume California restaurant network.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 2+ years of previous management experience in a high volume quick service restaurant
- California Food Safety Manager Certified required.
- Speak, read, and write English fluently
- Proficient in restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, and restaurant safety
- Possess basic math skills
- Ability to operate POS system
- Experience with HRIS/LMS/Timekeeping systems
