Job Summary
The Assistant General Counsel will provide legal support for LG Electronics' Pro Builder business, including drafting and negotiation of complex agreements with builders and vendors, advising on legal issues related to product distribution and operations, managing legal disputes, and supporting the Home Appliance and B2B teams as needed. Key qualifications include a JD degree, 5-7 years of relevant experience, negotiation and project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively within a multinational corporate environment.
Required Qualifications
- JD degree
- 5-7 years relevant experience
- Experience negotiating construction and/or supply agreements with residential builders or similar parties
- Strong execution and project management skills
- Negotiation and construction industry experience
- In-house legal experience preferred
- Advanced organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and with accountability
- Applicable Bar license
