Job Summary
Provide legal leadership on export controls and trade compliance (DDTC registration, CFIUS, classification analyses, license support, and technology control plans) and support government contracts and related regulatory matters. Draft and negotiate government contracts, proposals, and FAR/DFARS flow-downs; draft and negotiate partnership, licensing, and other commercial agreements. Develop and refine policies, procedures, templates, and training to enable compliant operations across the Ondas family of companies. Requires J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, strong drafting and communication abilities, and the ability to interact with senior leaders in a fast-paced defense-tech environment. Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school
- admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Significant, relevant legal experience with exposure to export controls, international trade, government contracts, or regulatory compliance
- Working knowledge of ITAR and familiarity with FAR
- strong drafting, research, and judgment
- strong communication skills and comfort working with senior leaders
