Job Summary
Serve as the primary legal advisor to the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain, providing strategic leadership for Value Chain Management, network strategy, and transformational initiatives. Advise on global logistics, distribution, and supply continuity while leading negotiations for significant commercial and operational agreements. Proactively identify and manage legal, regulatory, and geopolitical risks to enable business speed and confidence. Orchestrate cross-functional support across Intellectual Property, Regulatory, and Compliance areas to deliver integrated legal solutions for complex supply chain initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive legal experience supporting complex commercial, manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceutical and/or global supply chain organizations
- Demonstrated ability to advise, challenge and influence senior executives with sound judgment, practical risk assessment and strong business orientation
- Significant experience leading sophisticated transactions, negotiations, strategic alliances and complex operational agreements
- Strong strategic, operational and financial acumen, with the ability to connect legal advice to business value, growth, reliability and patient impact
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional and global initiatives in a matrixed, highly regulated and fast-moving environment
- Experience leading, coaching and inspiring teams, building capability and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture
- License to practice law in at least one jurisdiction
- Minimum of 10 years' experience
