Job Summary

Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and other legal documents while tracking deadlines and facilitating interdepartmental communication. Prepare routine legal correspondence, filings, and internal documentation, maintaining legal databases, case files, and contract repositories with strict confidentiality. Assist with compliance reviews, regulatory filings, and internal investigations, managing disputes and claims including coordination with outside counsel. Conduct legal research, summarize findings, and monitor regulatory changes affecting the construction industry to provide proactive guidance. Support risk management efforts by identifying, assessing, and reporting legal issues to ensure alignment with company standards. Maintain corporate governance documents and handle sensitive legal information with sound judgment. Requires a Juris Doctor, active license, and admission to the North Dakota and/or Arizona state bar.

Required Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • active license to practice law
  • Minimum 2–3 years of directly related legal experience
  • preferably in corporate, contract, or compliance law
  • Admission to, or the ability to be admitted to, the state bar of North Dakota and/or Arizona
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
