Job Summary
As Assistant General Counsel, Competition & Compliance, you will own Safelite’s global competition and enterprise compliance programs, driving modernization, effectiveness, and operational excellence. This includes serving as the primary legal authority on competition, anti‐corruption, conflicts of interest, and core compliance risks, and advising senior leadership on strategic initiatives including commercial strategy and M&A. You will lead internal investigations, manage regulatory inquiries, and build enterprise‐wide policies and training frameworks to embed compliance and competition considerations across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership
Desired Qualifications
- 15+ years of legal experience with deep expertise in U.S. competition law and corporate compliance
- Proven track record building and leading enterprise compliance programs in complex, fast‐paced environments
- Exceptional judgment and executive presence
- Confident leading sensitive investigations and influencing senior stakeholders across functions
