Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive legal representation and advisory services for the Cincinnati Metropolitan Housing Authority, including handling eviction and small claims litigation and representing the Agency in state, federal, and administrative proceedings. Advise leadership and staff on contracts, development, labor, personnel matters, and liability issues while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and HUD regulations. Prepare legal documents, support real property transactions, coordinate with outside counsel, monitor Agency contracts, and contribute to lease enforcement and eviction-reduction initiatives. Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Ohio
- At least two years of litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of public housing laws and regulations
