Job Summary
Oversee daily gas bar operations and administration in the manager's absence, manage merchandise procurement, and ensure receiving procedures meet Central Alberta Co-op policies. Provide leadership in loss prevention and health & safety while maintaining a cooperative attitude to support the team. Contribute to a positive customer experience by aligning products and service with internal and external expectations. Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager. Full-time 40-hour schedule available weekdays and weekends across all shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 or an acceptable combination of education and experience
- Three (3) years retail supervisory experience
- Some heavy lifting is required (up to 50 lbs.)
- Must provide Social Insurance Number before first shift
