Job Summary
Execute weekly strategies and lead client engagement to create an intentional brand experience that builds trust and excitement. Fulfill and process orders to external labs while ensuring finished eyewear meets optical standards and client needs. Maintain operational excellence by enforcing policies, identifying improvement areas, and delivering consistently elevated client experiences. Establish and maintain a strong client book exceeding 30% appointment rates while consistently achieving individual sales targets and KPIs. Mentor the team to ensure they consistently represent the brand as ambassadors and ignite a positive culture.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years store management experience
- Experience in a luxury environment
- Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, and Shopify
- Impeccable speaking and communication skills
- Maintains an entrepreneurial spirit and mentorship mentality
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Experience working in a client based business
Desired Qualifications
- ABOC License is a plus
