Job Summary
Assistant Front Office Manager at ROOST Tampa leads front office operations and staff to deliver seamless, warm guest experiences. Responsibilities include overseeing daily front desk operations, guest services, lobby flow, training and motivating front desk agents and concierge staff, resolving guest concerns with empathy and urgency, coordinating with Housekeeping and Maintenance, scheduling/payroll support, staffing, monitoring guest feedback, upholding brand standards, and stepping in as MOD as needed. Must be able to lead a team in a fast-paced environment, stay calm under pressure, and work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Proficiency with hotel PMS systems and a customer-first mindset are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of Front Office or hospitality leadership experience
- Familiarity with hotel PMS systems
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead a team with positivity, clarity, and accountability
