Job Summary
Oversee the Front Office and Guest Services team to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Lead, coach, and develop staff; manage weekly schedules; ensure accurate check-in/check-out, proper room assignment, and accurate guest folio charges; handle guest and staff issues with empathy and sound judgment; monitor reservations and special requests; drive guest satisfaction and operational efficiency; enforce policies, safety procedures, and grooming standards; train on-the-job for established performance standards; utilize hotel systems (OPERA cloud, Microsoft Office, POS, reservations software) and maintain strong communication with other departments to uphold L’Ermitage Beverly Hills’ reputation for hospitality excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of front office/guest services leadership experience
- High School diploma/GED
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office Suite; OPERA cloud
