Job Summary
Assist the Front Office leadership by coordinating planning, organization, development and direction of the Front Office Team; proactively partner with the Front Office leadership to ensure staff deliver high service standards in efficiency, professionalism, accuracy, and guest service. The role emphasizes people-focused collaboration, problem solving, and creating exceptional guest experiences, requiring strong customer service, mentoring and training abilities, and flexibility to work AM, PM, weekends and holidays in a hotel/resort environment.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years related experience in a front office or supervisory role
- Prior lead or supervisory experience in a similar role desired
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to work with guests and provide high guest satisfaction
- Ability to lead others, mentor and provide training to meet/exceed guest expectations
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods and work AM, PM, weekend and holiday shifts as required by operational needs
