Job Summary

Assist Front Office Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the front office at a luxury Montcalm property in London. Lead and develop the front office team, maintain exceptional guest experiences in line with Montcalm standards, address guest concerns professionally, handle check-in/check-out processes, monitor room inventory and billing accuracy, coordinate with Reservations for room blocks and VIPs, collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences, implement and review SOPs for the front office, manage front office systems (PMS, POS), promote a sales attitude and wellness concept, and provide performance coaching and occupancy/guest-satisfaction reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within Front Office or a similar luxury hospitality environment.
