Assistant Front Office Manager to assist the Front Office Manager in supervising Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard and Guest Services/Front Desk operations. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring staff, managing day-to-day front desk operations, handling guest concerns and complaints, driving guest satisfaction, and supporting continuous improvement of front office policies and service quality to maximize departmental performance.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.
