Job Summary
Assists the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff across Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services/Front Desk to ensure efficient check-in/check-out, high guest and employee satisfaction, and the department’s financial performance. Demonstrates leadership through supervision of employees, collaboration with managers, and implementation of service and corrective-action plans to uphold hospitality standards and department goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required
