Job Summary
Assists the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff across Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services/Front Desk to ensure efficient check-in/check-out, guest satisfaction, and department financial performance. Leads day-to-day operations, supervises employees, and collaborates with management to achieve front desk goals. Delivers exceptional customer service, resolves guest concerns, trains and develops staff, enforces front office policies, and maintains service standards. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership ability, and a solid background in hotel operations or hospitality/business administration.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.
