Job Summary
Entry-level management role supporting day-to-day Rooms Operations activities including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Recreation, Laundry, Staff, AYS and Concierge/Guest Services. Responsibilities include opening/closing Front Desk shifts, reviewing room operations reports, understanding and coordinating Housekeeping, Recreation, Bell Staff, AYS, Front Desk and Concierge operations, ensuring supplies and uniforms, understanding night audit procedures, complying with loss-prevention policies, communicating performance expectations, handling employee questions, and effectively scheduling staff to meet business demands. Contributes to budgeting and revenue management, verifies room rates, supports controllable expense management, and enhances the guest experience by addressing feedback and guest satisfaction results while maintaining a positive guest-relations approach.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
