Job Summary
Oversee hotel front office operations at Esme Hotel including registration, reservations, PBX, cashier close reports, and front office reporting. Ensure high service standards, coordinate with bell staff and valet, handle guest requests and complaints, manage basic accounting and guest folios, review reports, and communicate with other departments. Lead and mentor the front desk team, deliver a warm welcome, and provide concierge services for guest directions, transportation, and accommodation coordination. Must possess strong communication, leadership, organization, guest-focused mindset, and the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends. Fluency in English required; experience in guest services and hospitality leadership preferred.
