Job Summary
Assist the Front Office Manager in daily operational duties across Front Office, Royal Service, Fairmont Gold and Guest Services; provide direction, coaching and support to Front Office supervisory positions and colleagues; ensure adherence to Front Office policies, guest-service standards, and loyalty procedures; lead staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations; participate in recruitment, training, and career development initiatives; drive guest satisfaction and upsell opportunities while safeguarding cash handling, payroll accuracy, reporting, and inventory; maintain brand standards and safety policies; ensure effective communication across the department and with other hotel leaders to deliver a seamless guest experience; leverage loyalty programs and industry systems (PMS) to optimize service levels and guest loyalty; demonstrate leadership in delivering consistent, high-quality service and maintaining a positive team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year previous proven supervisory experience
- Experience in hospitality, preferable Front Office experience
