Job Summary
Lead and support daily Front Office and Guest Services operations in a luxury boutique hotel, coaching frontline team members to deliver polished, personalized service; ensure seamless arrivals/departures including VIP/repeat guests; resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism; collaborate with hotel leadership on revenue goals, staffing, and service initiatives; supervise scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing team development, while maintaining brand standards and safety. The role requires a minimum of 2 years in Front Desk/Guest Services/Concierge in a four- or five-star setting and at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity; a High School diploma or GED is required (hospitality degree or certification preferred).
Required Qualifications
