Job Summary
Assistant Front-End Manager responsible for greeting and supervising front-end staff, handling customer questions and store-policy explanations, assisting with hiring, training, and evaluating front-end personnel, developing weekly labor schedules, ensuring safety and proper cash handling, supervising checkout and bagging, maintaining awareness of produce items and policies, and contributing to opening/closing procedures and loss-prevention efforts while delivering STAR-level customer service.
Required Qualifications

- Prior supervisory experience
- Prior cashier experience
