Job Summary

Lead the day-to-day operations of the Front Office Department, overseeing Front Desk, PBX, Bell Stand, Valet, and Concierge to deliver exceptional guest service. Develop, implement, and monitor the budget to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while ensuring adequate supplies and staff. Resolve customer complaints and monitor operations to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction and quality. Provide training, development, coaching, and guidance to staff, foster open communication, and collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless resort operations. Previous experience in guest-service and front-office management in a resort setting is preferred; experience with Opera is a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong aptitude for attaining Guest Satisfaction
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks quickly and efficiently while taking ownership of actions
  • Previous experience in a Guest Service management role, preferably in a resort setting
  • Previous experience in resort Front Office Management
  • Experience in Opera a plus
