Job Summary

Entry-level management position responsible for leading and assisting with daily shift requirements across the Front Desk, Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services/Front Desk; aims to ensure guest and employee satisfaction and achieve the operating budget, while assisting in completing financial and administrative responsibilities. Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills to lead and influence others, coaches and mentors staff, ensures front desk shift operations, trains employees on policies, and supports day-to-day operations to achieve front office goals and enhanced guest service.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required
