Job Summary
Lead a landscape construction crew of up to 6 to install landscapes, manage crew performance, ensure safety and quality, and serve as onsite ambassador to clients. Responsibilities include coordinating installation with the Foreman, adapting to plan changes, maintaining an organized job site and equipment trailer, teaching and training crew members, maintaining company equipment, attending trainings, and assisting with snow removal. Requires knowledge in hardscape, plant materials, outdoor lighting, water features, grading, and maintaining records; hours vary with business needs; weekends may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent preferred
- 2 years of residential landscape installation required
- Valid driver’s license with clean DMVR
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Must be self-motivated and possess strong leadership skills
- Professional in appearance and actions
- Detail oriented, quality and safety driven
- Bilingual preferred
- Horticulture background preferred
- Landscape industry certification
