Job Summary
Assist the Head Coach in leading, supervising, and organizing the football program; help participants develop skills, discipline, and self-esteem; support practice setup, game-day prep, and safety/health procedures; manage equipment, facilities, and uniforms; travel with the team for away events and assist with scheduling, records, and communications with students, parents, and the community; mentor student athletes and uphold program philosophy while carrying out duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
Required Qualifications
- possess a coaching endorsement or coaching authorization certification
- Have experience as a player or coach of the sport
- Have the ability to be a role model for student athletes
