Assistant Football Coach - Smoky Hill High School

Instruct student athletes in fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training while fostering moral values, self-discipline, and team success. Supervise all aspects of the football program under the head coach's direction, developing and implementing individual and team training plans aligned with program goals. Provide the head coach with data on scores, schedules, and discipline concerns, and manage inventory of supplies and equipment. Ensure athletes are cleared to participate, monitor their attendance, behavior, and academic status, and enforce rules from the Colorado High School Activities Association. Maintain approved first-aid and CPR skills, identifying and managing concussion symptoms by removing affected players. Handle heavy lifting, squatting, and repetitive motion while promoting good community relations among school and community clientele.
