Job Summary
Seasonal Part-Time Assistant Football Coach responsible for assisting with individual player development, skill instruction and supervision, and mentoring student-athletes in athletic and academic success. Additional duties include assisting with organization and supervision of team activities and practices; participating in recruiting under the direction of the head coach; and providing logistical support for team operations related to travel and meals. The role supports university events and collaborates with the athletic department, student affairs, and broader university community to advance student success and experiential learning in Division III athletics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior successful experience coaching
- CPR-First Aid/AED Certification
- Valid driver’s license required
- Non-traditional hours
- Travel and driving for competition and recruiting
- Clearances including Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check, FBI Fingerprints (IDENTGO), Pennsylvania Child Abuse History clearance
