Job Summary
Assist in developing a comprehensive football program for grades 9–12, including creating seasonal, weekly, and daily practice schedules, teaching rules, skills, and game strategies, and developing team rules and discipline. Attend and supervise team activities, manage and distribute equipment before and after the season, and enforce student handbook, MIAA, and CAL rules. Assist with transportation if appropriate and support safety and facility inspections. Collaborate with Head Coach/Director of Athletics on duties and expectations for the season.
Required Qualifications
- Coaching and playing experience
- Appropriate certification and/or license
- MIAA Coach's Certification preferred
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required
