Job Summary
Partner with management to maintain continuous food service operations at FiveStar while assuring customer service standards. Stay current on health and food safety regulations regarding sanitation, storage, and preparation. Manage inventory control, ordering, equipment maintenance, and production guides for food preparation. Collaborate with the team to train staff and promote food service promotions through merchandising and signage. Work on different shifts, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment involving standing, lifting up to 55 lbs., and working in cold indoor environments.
