Job Summary
The Assistant Food Service Director will support the Food Service Director in managing day-to-day operations at Camp Barney Medintz, focusing primarily on Front of House (FOH) operations. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Executive Chef to ensure timely meal services, managing FOH staff, supervising the dish room staff, maintaining dining area cleanliness, and assisting with Back of House (BOH) tasks as necessary. Candidates should possess strong leadership and communication skills, the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment, and previous experience in food service management is preferred.

- Previous experience in food service management or a related role preferred.
