Job Summary

Conduct daily site visits to observe school food service operations, including kitchen facilities, National School Lunch Program compliance, and student engagement. Manage food service leads at assigned schools through weekly check-ins and proactively communicate performance updates to the management team. Immediately report any culinary or operations issues requiring attention and collaborate with staff to develop creative, school-specific solutions. Train school-based personnel on standardized policies, including clocking procedures, FIFO practices, production records, and weekly physical inventories. Fill in for food servers during absences while ensuring Genuine standards are met across three to four sites.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience as an assisting supervisor in a mid/high volume food service facility or restaurant
  • Prior experience working with NSLP guidelines and regulations
  • Must be able to travel with ease between a total of 3-4 school sites
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and level headedness
  • Able to climb stairs and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Self-motivated, able to lead and be a proactive problem solver
