Assistant Food & Beverage Operations Manager

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations and supervise F&B/culinary teams to ensure guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining operating budgets. Responsible for ensuring compliance with standards and laws, managing staffing to meet guest needs and financial objectives, ordering supplies, coordinating cleaning programs, and upholding brand service culture. Demonstrates leadership by communicating clearly, supporting teamwork, and driving continuous improvement in service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Performs hourly function if necessary and analyzes budgets and payroll progress to inform decisions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
