Job Summary
Assist Food and Beverage Manager in the operations and management of the Food and Beverage department; supervise and coach staff, provide daily mentoring, and help maintain staffing schedules for events and daily operations. Deliver high levels of customer service to members and guests; assist in maintaining financial records and compiling revenue reports; assist with serving food and beverages, inventory, and reporting for the F&B department. Plan and market events for the course, coordinate with members for non-golf events, supervise large events, and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and liquor laws. Ensure facilities and equipment are maintained, assist with payroll data, attend regular staff meetings, and contribute to a service- and solution-oriented club environment; perform additional assignments as directed and maintain regular on-site attendance.
Required Qualifications
- High Diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.
- 6 months of previous management experience in Food and Beverage operations or related experience.
