Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day restaurant and room service operations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; direct bar operations; interview, hire, train, develop, and evaluate staff; retain and motivate associates; assist with implementing company programs and ensure compliance with LSOPs/SOPs, safety regulations, and federal/state/local regulations to deliver top-quality guest experiences; forecast and monitor budgets (labor, food, beverage, supplies, equipment) to maximize revenue while maintaining adequate staffing; respond to guest trends and issues to improve guest satisfaction and future sales; manage maintenance/sanitation of outlets and equipment;Ensure attendance and regular availability; contribute to wide range of duties as assigned; requires strong communication, leadership, and analytical abilities; hotel industry knowledge and long-range planning capabilities; benefits include various discounts and a comprehensive package.
Required Qualifications
- More than two years of post-high school education
- Two years of full employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s)
- Hotel experience preferred
