Job Summary
Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Exmoor Country Club to oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, lead staff development, and ensure exceptional member experiences. Responsibilities include delivering service standards; building relationships with members; resolving concerns; supervising, coaching, onboarding, and training front-of-house staff; coordinating with Kitchen, Clubhouse Manager, Restaurant Manager, and Catering Manager to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction; managing opening/closing procedures, health and sanitation compliance, inventory and procurement support, and accurate cash handling/POS usage. Requires 1-3 years of restaurant management experience, strong F&B operations knowledge, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to thrive in a member-focused, high-service environment. Flexible scheduling including evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays; full-time year-round position at a private country club.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of restaurant management experience (country club or private club preferred, not required)
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
