Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including The Lunch Pail, Tool Box Café, and Splash N' Dash, ensuring exceptional guest service, food quality, and sanitation compliance. Lead and develop seasonal supervisors and staff while managing recruiting, scheduling, and inventory control. Assist with budgeting, purchasing, and labor cost monitoring to support financial performance. Perform opening and closing inspections, handle cash reconciliation, and step into the Food & Beverage Manager's responsibilities during absences. This part-time seasonal role supports a large seasonal workforce in a fast-paced amusement and water park environment, requiring flexibility for weekends, holidays, and peak attendance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in food service, hospitality, restaurant, amusement park, or entertainment operations
- ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and extended shifts during peak operating periods
