Job Summary
Assist in daily management of restaurant, lounge, bar, pool, and banquet operations while leading by example to provide exceptional guest service. Supervise, coach, and mentor Food & Beverage team members to ensure consistent luxury experiences and foster a culture of hospitality. Partner with culinary leadership for seamless execution, manage scheduling and payroll, and support hiring, training, and performance management. Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Resolve guest concerns professionally and assist with outlet opening/closing procedures for special events and seasonal activities. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout all areas.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Food & Beverage leadership experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant, hotel, or resort management experience preferred
- Luxury hotel or resort experience
- Banquet and event operations experience
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beverage service
- Food Handler Certification
- Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification or ability to obtain
