Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Job Summary
Plan for outlet budget and review forecast on revenue and expenditure on monthly basic. Analyze and submit month-end reports and identify deviation from business plan goals. Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the outlet. Plan, implement, and evaluate profit enhancement initiatives in collaboration with Cluster F&B Director, the Culinary and Marketing Departments, while also driving Accor All and Accor Explorer membership enrollments to achieve departmental targets. Implement and maintain control measures to ensure that food & beverage costs, productivity, labor costs and operating supply costs for the outlet is in line with budget.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
