Job Summary
Assist in leading departmental colleagues within our restaurants while upholding food & beverage brand standards and delivering exceptional guest service. Drive revenue and manage expenses to achieve financial targets, and oversee performance management through training, development, and ongoing coaching. Requires a minimum of two years of leadership experience in food & beverage with large teams; experience in a bar/restaurant setting is preferred.
