Job Summary
Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations across the restaurant, bars, banquet, and private events while partnering with the Director and Executive Chef to execute menus, promotions, and service standards. Lead, coach, and mentor Front-of-House teams to foster accountability, manage budgets and inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies. Serve as Manager on Duty during the Director's absence and contribute strategic initiatives to elevate the member experience. This leadership development role prepares candidates for the Director of Food & Beverage position within an exclusive private club in St. Johns County, Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Management
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams
- Strong financial acumen including labor management, inventory control, budgeting, and cost analysis
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment
- Proficiency with restaurant POS systems and hospitality software
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as business demands
Desired Qualifications
- Private Club, Resort, or Luxury Hospitality experience preferred
- Experience with Club Essentials is a plus
