Job Summary

Assist in supervising daily F&B operations and culinary duties at Marriott International, including managing day-to-day operations, ensuring guest and employee satisfaction, and maintaining operating budgets. Responsibilities include supervising F&B shift operations, ensuring compliance with F&B policies, coordinating cleaning and supplies, overseeing staffing levels, promoting brand service culture, delivering exceptional customer service, handling inventory and procurement, and contributing to improvements through data review and incident recovery plans.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
