Job Summary
Assist in supervising food and beverage/culinary daily operations to ensure guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. Manage day-to-day F&B shift operations, staffing levels, and adherence to policies; support self-inspection programs; coordinate cleaning and equipment usage; ensure alignment with brand service culture and provide timely responses to guest concerns. Maintain professional standards, communicate with staff, and contribute to achieving financial objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
