Job Summary
Supervise daily food and beverage shift operations, manage staffing levels, and order supplies while ensuring compliance with policies and legal obligations. Support monthly self-inspections, coordinate cleaning programs across all areas, and operate department equipment as needed. Analyze budget data, guest satisfaction results, and operational trends to prioritize goals and recommend improvements. Address guest concerns proactively, communicate performance areas to staff, and foster team cooperation through role modeling and open communication. Perform hourly functions when necessary and maintain readiness for all team and guest needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
