Job Summary
Assist in managing day-to-day food and beverage operations, including ordering supplies, supervising shifts, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards. Coordinate cleaning programs across all areas, monitor staffing levels, and operate department equipment while reporting malfunctions. Support monthly self-inspection programs, analyze budget and payroll data, and resolve guest concerns through proactive service and timely communication. Build team trust, develop goals, and foster a culture of respect and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
