Assistant Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Job Summary
Assist in managing day-to-day food and beverage operations, including ordering supplies, supervising shift operations, and maintaining compliance with policies and standards. Support the monthly self-inspection program, coordinate cleaning initiatives across all areas, and manage staffing levels to meet guest service and financial objectives. Operate department equipment, analyze operational data to solve problems, and ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns proactively and reviewing feedback results. Communicate priorities to staff, foster team cooperation, and maintain readiness for all operational needs and guest interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
