Job Summary
Assists in supervising daily F&B/culinary operations and budget adherence at Aqua Ridge Pool Complex. Responsibilities include ensuring guest and employee satisfaction, supervising shift operations, ordering supplies, enforcing F&B policies and standards, coordinating cleaning and maintenance, managing staffing levels, and driving service quality. Requires hands-on leadership to coach team members, develop goals, monitor performance, and uphold brand service culture while delivering exceptional customer service and financial results. Education options include a high school diploma or GED with relevant experience, or a 2-year degree in related fields with experience in food service management or hospitality. Proficiency in coordinating operations, budgets, inspections, and guest relations is essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
