Job Summary
Assist in training, leading, and motivating F&B hosts to ensure company and department standards are met. Actively participate in promotional activities, effectively schedule hosts, and monitor inventory to control department costs. Provide recommendations for improvements to generate revenue and maximize profits while certifying quality dining experiences through effective guest interactions. Cultivate relationships with hosts and leadership to ensure operational excellence and regularly attend operational meetings for interdepartmental coordination. Maintain knowledge of food and beverage products, service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting. Work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evenings, and overnight shifts in a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in line supervisory experience in Food & Beverage
- Working knowledge of food & beverage operations
- Knowledge of food & beverage service
- Knowledge of cost control
- Knowledge of labor control
- Knowledge of maintenance
- Knowledge of merchandising
- Knowledge of accounting
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume and demanding environment
- Ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations and guests
- Ability to read, write, and speak proficiently in the English language
- Valid driver's License
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, evenings, and overnight shifts
