Job Summary
Manage assigned food and beverage and culinary operations while overseeing guest and employee satisfaction to maintain standards and meet financial goals. Create a property environment emphasizing motivation, teamwork, and continuous improvement by coaching staff and proactively resolving guest and employee concerns. Provide excellent customer service to all guests, setting service expectations and taking ownership of complaints until fully resolved. Comply with corporate accounting procedures and assist the general manager with annual quality audits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 1 year experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
