Job Summary
SUMMARY: Responsible for ensuring all operations of the Food and Beverage Department and Team Member performances are in compliance with the Company’s objectives and Gaming Regulations. Interacts effectively with the public and Team Members; assists F&B Manager with enforcing policies, procedures, and health, liquor, and safety regulations; maintains compliance with health/sanitation standards and licenses; participates in recruitment, interviewing, training, and performance evaluations; schedules and trains Team Members; ensures smooth floor operations and customer satisfaction; supports budgeting, inventory control of spirits and wine, and cash handling; supervises F&B Supervisors and other Team Members, and undertakes duties across the department as needed. Provides leadership to ensure service excellence and adherence to standards within a casino/hospitality setting.
Required Qualifications
- One to two years’ supervisory experience in a restaurant or beverage department required
- HS Diploma or GED Required
- Appropriate licenser
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills
