Job Summary
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for supporting the Food & Beverage Manager during all events at the theatre and delivering exceptional customer service to guests. This role requires experience in a high-volume theatre or music venue, the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints, and coordination of F&B staff tasks. Responsibilities include assisting with ID checks, POS troubleshooting, patron direction, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with Food & Beverage policies.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience working in a large volume theatre, music venue, or arena
- Must be receptive to working in inclement weather and extreme temperatures
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend and Holiday hours
- Work successfully in a fast paced and loud environment
- Able to lift and carry 25 lbs
- Required to stand for long periods of time; ability to bend, lift, and walk up and down stairs
- Basset Certified
- Experience with POS systems
